Refund and Returns Policy

At J.Kusum Enterprise , we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our mixer grinders, hand blenders, and mixer choppers. Please read the following policy carefully:

Replacement Policy:
  • If you encounter any manufacturing defects or issues with your product, you can request a replacement within 10 days of delivery.
  • The replacement process will begin after the item has been returned and inspected.
  • The customer is responsible for returning the product to us. The courier charges for returning the product will be covered by us for valid replacement claims due to manufacturing defects.
Refund Policy:
  • Refunds are available only within 48 hours of delivery.
  • After 48 hours, no refunds will be processed. However, you can opt for a replacement if applicable.
  • If you wish to return the product after 48 hours and request a refund, you will need to bear the courier charges for sending the product back to us.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved or rejected.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@jkparker.in.
Conditions for Return and Replacement:
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.
  • Returns for refunds or replacements will only be accepted if the product is in a resellable condition.
  • Products that show signs of wear and tear, mishandling, or damage due to improper usage will not qualify for a refund or replacement.
  • If you wish to return the product after 48 hours and request a refund, you will need to bear the courier charges for sending the product back to us.
Return Process:

  • We will guide you through the process and provide return instructions.
  • Once the product is received and inspected, refunds or replacements will be processed as per the policy.
Non-Refundable Items
  • No refunds or replacements will be provided for items damaged due to customer mishandling or improper usage.
  • Products purchased on sale or at a discount are non-refundable but are eligible for replacement within the specified time.
  • Gift cards.
  • Warranty Card Extension
Conditions for Partial Refunds:

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Shipping Returns:
  • To return your product, mail it to: info@jkparker.in.
  • You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a defect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
